Small team, real surface
We are nine people working on a problem that has never been solved at scale. Every person ships to real customers, owns a meaningful piece of the work, and sees the outcome within days. There are no hand-offs, no queue for senior review, no waiting for someone else's roadmap.
Voice quality is genuinely unsolved
Nobody has built a serious automated test lab for voice agents. The simulation layer, the per-call scoring model, the regression system, the telephony pipeline: all of it is original work. If you want to build something that does not yet exist, this is the job.
Intentional, not frantic
We work with urgency because the problem deserves it, not because urgency is a cultural default. Most work is async, written down, and moved on without a meeting. San Francisco in-office for those who want it, fully remote within the US for those who do not.
